DISTRIBUTION OF RYTOV-VLADIMIRSKI PHASE IN LINNIK INTERFEROMETER

Abstract:
For the Linnik interferometer with a focusing lens the distribution of Rytov-Vladimirski phase is constructed. This phase arises because the focusing lens at the entrance of the interferometer and flat mirrors inside it make beam trajectories nonplane in most cases. The calculations are carried out in the framework of geometrical optics. Additional focusing lenses located in front of the reference and object mirrors are shown not to induce changes of the Rytov-Vladimirski phase.
