before and after irradiation with alpha particles at low temperatures are presented.
The photoconductivity spectra show a main peak at a photon energy equal to the energy gap (Eg)
and a secondary peak at photon energy smaller than Eg for the undoped material.
After irradiation by alpha particles the photocurrent decreases.
The damage fluctuates from 45% up to 80% and shows no significant recovery with increasing temperature.
