Abstract:
The spectra of cathodoluminescence of Eu1-xErxP04 micro- and nanocrystals are examined in the region of 0.4 to 0.8 μm; in the Eu3+ ion, 5D2 - 7Fj transition are revealed whose fine structure differs substantially for nano- and microcrystals. The reason for the mutual influence of Er3+ and Eu3+ ions on the band ratio in the cathodoluminescence spectra is discussed.
