Abstract:
Temperature dependences of both the propagation velocity and the absorption coefficient of hypersound in the guaiacol-glycerin solution with a "peculiar point" is investigated. Within the temperature region in the vicinity of the peculiar point, the hypersound propagation velocity was observed to be independent of temperature and the absorption coefficient to have a maximum.
