Abstract:
The results of investigations aimed at fabricating magnetosemiconductor NiFe-SiC-NiFe nanoheterostructures and investigating their magnetic properties are considered. A magnetic fielddependent interaction between semiconductor and magnetic layers is observed. An induction technique is employed to investigate the effect of configuration and parameters of the nanostructures on their magnetic properties, and a nonlinear dependence of magnetic parameters of the structures under investigation or the magnetic field is revealed.
