ANIZOTROPY OF THE ORDER PARAMETER AND SUPERCONDUCTIVITY OF HTSC
Authors:
N.V. Anshukova, A.I. Golovashkin, A.P. Rusakov.

Abstract:
In the framework of the model of superstructural oxygen ordering, in addition to the antiferromagnetic copper ion ordering, the mechanism of the appearance of a Peierls gap Δ* is revealed. For the superconducting (Δ) and dielectric (Δ*) gaps dependences on the direction in a CuC2 plane are obtained which agree well with experiment even in the case of s-pairing. The conclusion is drawn that the Peierls gap Δ* is the pseudo-gap observed in experiment.
