Abstract:
The angular distribution of transition radiation of an electron bunch accelerated in a microtron was measured. The measurements were performed for different microtron operation modes and different adjustment of the beam transportation channel. On the basis of these measurements the transverse dimension and the phase length of the bunch were calculated.
