ON THE COSMIC-RAY SPECTRUM IN THE ENERGY REGION OF 1011 - 1013eV

Abstract:
Energy spectra J(E) for all galactic cosmic-ray particles, which were measured by the ATIC array and published in [7 ? 9], are thoroughly analyzed. It is shown that in the J(E) ? E7 represen?tation and within the energy range (0.1 ? 10)TeV, all the three spectra presented in these papers have a step-like shape. The results of [7 ? 9] combined with the previously published data ob?tained in the experiment with the Proton artificial satellite and in the balloon flight with the TIC device entirely exclude a possibil?ity of describing the spectrum of all galactic cosmic-ray particles by the power law within the energy range (0.1 ? 10)TeV.
