The problem of finding the interaction force of dust particles in a two-temperature plasma is considered. It is shown that upon charge reversal by atoms of a cold buffer gas the ions bound around a dust particle form a radial flux of fast atoms which, in turn, exerts pressure on other dust particles. Thus, an effective force occurs repulsing the dust particles from one another and falling in inverse proportion to the square of particle spacing.
