Abstract:
We analyzed possible reasons why the separation of spin isomers of water molecules by the method of gas chromatography was not registered by S.L. Veber, E. G. Bagryanskaya, and P. L. Chapovskii in their work (J. Eksp. Teor. Fiz., 2006, vol. 129, issue 1, p. 85 − 95). Some previous works are pointed out, where spin isomers of water and heavy water were successfully separated in a supersonic flow of rarified gas with condensation and under selective adsorption of water molecules on the surface of solid carbonic acid and alumina ceramics.
