Abstract:
The possibility of photocatalytic isotope separation based on the application of semiconductor nanoparticles is estimated theoretically. It is shown that under the conditions of selective electromagnetic excitation, an efficient separation of isotope molecules is feasible. The results of the calculations performed are well consistent with the data of the first related experiments.
