Abstract:
Radiation-enhanced diffusion into olivine crystals is studied by the nuclear reaction 12C(d, p)13C method at cyclic irradiation by deuterons of energy 1.43 MeV and doses of 100 and 250 μ?. The diffusivities were found to be 1.2 - 1.8*10-12cm2*s-1 at a temperature of 300 - 370 K.
