Title: MULTIPARAMETRIC ANALYSIS OF COMPLANARITY PHENOMENA IN γ-FAMILIES BASED ON THE DATA OF "PAMIR" EXPERIMENT Authors: V.G. Denisova, G.B. Zhdanov, R.A. Mukhamedshin. Abstract: V. G. Denisova, G. B. Zhdanov, and R. A. Mukhamedshin
The characteristics of four leading clusters of γ,e particles produced in hadron interactions
in atmosphere at the family energies > 150 TeV are compared with the predictions of MCO modification of the
quark-gluon string model of hadron interaction with nuclei of atmospheric atoms.
The most pronounced effects of complanarity (or alignment) are shown to manifest themselves for the family
multiplicity above 20 particles in the distributions of such quantities as the maximum energy-weighted
distance between clusters (Zmax), the product ER for leading γ-quanta as well as the values of
energy E and product ER, where R is the distance from the family center.
It was also found possible to find estimates of the primary cosmic particle energy (?est0)
and draw some conclusions concerning their nature.
